The Federation of Hungarian Public Service Employees Unions has not directly entered the Forum for the Co-operation of Trade Unions (SZEF), but the vast majority of its member organisations are members of this confederation. According to it, there is a close co-operation between the two organisations. At the national level reconciliation forums it is the SZEF who represents the interests of members of SZEF as well..

Union of the Workers of National Insurance, the member organisation of the KSZSZ, is member of the Trade Union Bloc of Intellectual Employers too. The vice-president of the KSZSZ, Schneider Istvánné is vice-president also in the ÉSZT.

Also the Federation of Hungarian Civil Servants and Public Employees (MKKSZ) is a natural ally of the KSZSZ, organising together several joint events, conferences and closely cooperating in the field of civil servants' interest representation.
